Outdated legislation should not handcuff those organizations who are key enablers of the eco-movement that Ontarians embrace so readily today. PickupPal Partners such as the Clean Air Foundation, Virgin Mobile, Subaru/Trisport Triathlon, Mitel Corporation and Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest have all voted enthusiastically for PickupPal by including it as a key green component of their events. This is only the beginning of a very massive shift in Ontario and elsewhere.

Everyone needs to do what they can to protect this earth - last time i check we have not found a new planet - and the Rideshare initiative is one of the better ideas i've seen thus far.

The restrictions on ridesharing and carpooling in Ontario are quite the opposite and seem to be a bizarre, out-dated restriction on the freedom of Ontario's residents.
